Park Bo-gum Teases Jun-young Lee Over Missed Texts on ‘The Seasons: Park Bo-gum’s Cantabile’
Park Bo-gum and Jun-young Lee Share Candid Moments on ‘The Seasons: Park Bo-gum’s Cantabile’
On the May 25th broadcast of KBS2’s music talk show The Seasons: Park Bo-gum’s Cantabile, audiences were treated to a delightful blend of music and heartfelt conversations. The lineup included performances and appearances by band LUCY, groups MeloMance and TWS, alongside actors Eun-ji Jung and Jun-young Lee.
Under the theme of ‘Record of Youth,’ Eun-ji Jung and Jun-young Lee, both former idol singers turned actors, showcased their vocal talents through a touching duet of Dream. Park Bo-gum reminisced, “I remember meeting both of you during Music Bank — Jun-young was part of U-KISS and Eun-ji with Apink,” highlighting the stars’ early years in the K-Pop industry.
The crowd marveled upon learning that Eun-ji marks her 15th debut anniversary, and Jun-young celebrates 12 years since his debut. Despite his experience, Jun-young appeared unusually tense, prompting Park to express concern about his nerves. Jun-young joked that focusing on acting made singing in front of large audiences unfamiliar, invoking laughter from the audience.
Adding a twist to his shy demeanor, Jun-young later impressed everyone with a charismatic hip-hop dance performance. However, the evening’s highlight was Park Bo-gum playfully confronting Jun-young for not responding to his text after they worked together on the drama ‘폭싹 속았수다.’ “I texted him after exchanging numbers, but he didn’t reply. I thought maybe I had the wrong number,” Park teased, further adding, “We finally met recently and confirmed it was the right number. I should’ve called him sooner!”
Jun-young, flustered, blamed technical issues with his phone, to which Park humorously addressed, “We parted ways pretty late that day; you must have been tired. It’s okay, I’m not hurt,” filling the studio with hearty laughter. Their authentic exchange was a refreshing display of candid friendships in the entertainment industry.
