ENA’s Latest Offering: Salon de Holmes

Prepare for an intriguing mix of comedy and mystery as ENA premieres its new drama, Salon de Holmes, on June 16 at 10 PM. This new show promises a unique take on the detective genre, with a thrilling comic womance adventure that unfolds in the mundane setting of Gwangseon Jugong Apartment.

#### A Power-Packed Female Quartet

Salon de Holmes revolves around four dynamic women—each with distinct roles like an ace detective, an insurance queen, and a part-time job expert—who come together to fight against quirky apartment villains. Director Min Jin-gi shares, “The original novel’s concept of ordinary women forming a detective team was captivating. It combines relatable life experiences with thrilling narrations, tackling modern women’s struggles and triumphs.”

Min is acclaimed for directing Recruit, where male characters prevailed. In contrast, Salon de Holmes delves deep into individual emotions of its female characters to draw the audience into their world. He adds, “Through this series, I hope we convey that ‘mothers are the coolest and strongest’.”
