New K-POP Girl Group USPEER Races Toward Debut with ‘SPEED ZONE’
WM Entertainment is gearing up to introduce its first girl group in nearly a decade—USPEER. Known for managing successful acts like Oh My Girl, the agency released the official trailer for USPEER’s debut single album ‘SPEED ZONE’ on May 21 at midnight KST.
The teaser opens with all seven members of USPEER lining up on a track field in an expansive stadium, radiating confidence as they prepare to dash forward. As they join together in a group cheer, the phrase “IT’S TIME TO FEEL ALIVE” flashes across the screen just before the starter pistol fires, launching the girls into a vibrant sprint and dramatic leap.
The fast-paced visuals highlight the group’s athletic charm and high-energy presence. Throughout the trailer, each member showcases a dynamic combination of youthfulness and determination, further building excitement for the group’s fresh entry into the K-POP industry.
USPEER is WM Entertainment’s newest act since the debut of Oh My Girl approximately ten years ago. The group’s name is a blend of “US” and “SPEER”—a coined word from “to ask” or “to question.” The name reflects their mission to connect with audiences globally, seeking deeper understanding of the world and inspiring a brighter future through music.
As conveyed by their zeal in the teaser, USPEER aims to deliver music and performances that radiate contagious positivity and energy. With global fans increasingly turning their attention to them, expectations are soaring as this 7-member ensemble prepares to formally enter the scene.
USPEER’s debut digital single ‘SPEED ZONE’ will be released on June 4 at 6 PM KST across major music streaming platforms.
