Ryu Soo-young’s team, offering a twist on the traditional Chuncheon-style iron plate chicken (Dak-galbi) in a convenient cup-bap format, struggle to maintain their stove’s fire amidst the strong winds. The situation becomes more daunting when a vegetarian customer arrives, prompting curiosity on how main chef Ryu Soo-young will handle the absence of their main ingredient: chicken.

#### Fabri Team’s Innovative Fusion

Meanwhile, Fabri’s team brings a local touch by using Cazón (small shark) for their frying recipe, creating a fusion dish by introducing Korean flavors with gochujang and soy sauce. As Fabri fries the Cazón, Jeon So-mi carefully applies the sauce, showcasing seamless teamwork.
