Twin Showdown in ‘The Queen’s House’ as Do-yoon Faces Sister’s Hit-and-Run Suspect
The drama intensifies in episode 10 of ‘The Queen’s House’ as Kim Do-yoon, played by Seo Joon-young, comes face-to-face with the suspect behind his sister’s hit-and-run incident. Airing on KBS 2TV on June 9, this episode teases tense confrontations and buried truths coming to the surface.
Last episode revealed the shocking truth behind Kim Do-hee’s accidental death. Hwang Ki-chan (played by Park Yoon-jae) tried to conceal the incident, fearing that Do-hee might expose everything. Kang Se-ri (Lee Ga-ryung) silently watched his actions unfold. Meanwhile, Choi Ja-young (Lee Sang-sook), thinking she was responsible for the accident, has been consumed by guilt. But it wasn’t any of them—it was Kang Seung-woo (Kim Hyun-wook) who ended up being arrested as the suspect.
Teaser images now show an emotionally charged encounter between Do-yoon and Ja-young. While Do-yoon is visibly struggling between searing rage and deep sorrow, Ja-young remains cold and unaffected. Their conversation is bound to heighten the viewer’s investment in the story as they stand on opposite sides—victim’s family vs. suspect’s family.
Ja-young audaciously brings up a settlement for the case, continuing her unremorseful attitude. She even delivers a jaw-dropping remark to Do-yoon instead of an apology, pushing him over the edge as he explodes with restrained anger.
Meanwhile, Seung-woo, blindsided by being labeled a hit-and-run perpetrator, pleads his innocence. Unaware of the truth that his mother was behind the wheel at the time, Ja-young keeps her secret and tries to comfort him.
As Do-yoon finally faces the person connected to his sister’s tragic death, emotions boil over, and audiences can expect a dramatic crescendo in ‘The Queen’s House’.
