G-Dragon Keeps Focus on Music Amid Dating Rumors with TWICE’s Sana

K-pop icon G-Dragon is making headlines once again—this time for his stellar new release rather than the swirling rumors about a potential romance with Sana from TWICE.

On June 24, the BIGBANG member stirred fans by posting a mirror selfie on Instagram, dressed in a leather jacket and bucket hat. Though the post had no caption, it coincided with the much-anticipated launch announcement of the new single from the popular Korean variety show Good Day, aired on MBC.

The song titled Good Day 2025 (Telepathy + By the Moonlit Window) dropped globally at 6 PM KST across major streaming platforms. It’s a modern reinterpretation of two gems, “Telepathy” and “By the Moonlit Window,” originally performed by the lesser-known group DoosiaiD.

This collaborative single boasts an all-star lineup led by G-Dragon, featuring actors Hwang Jung-min, Jung Hae-in, Im Si-wan, Lee Soo-hyuk, and Kim Go-eun. Music talent also floods the track, including Taeyang and Daesung (also of BIGBANG), Code Kunst, CL, Busker Busker, and the girl group sensation aespa. Media personalities Hong Jin-kyung, Jeong Hyeong-don, and Jo Se-ho also take part in the massive collaboration.

The dating rumors emerged from a June 22 social media post where G-Dragon shared a photo from Coldplay’s concert at Goyang Sports Complex. The buzz ignited when fans noticed G-Dragon tagged only Sana’s personal account (not TWICE’s), despite her image appearing on the screen in the photo. This sparked talk of a possible ‘Lovestagram.’

Following media speculation, G-Dragon has since deleted the photo, leaving fans intrigued yet again about his personal life. For now, attention shifts back to music—as the new release aims to captivate with a blend of nostalgia and contemporary flair.
