ZEROBASEONE Captivates Fans on Day 1 of KCON JAPAN 2025 with Electrifying Performances

ZEROBASEONE delivers energetic live stages and special collaborations at KCON JAPAN 2025 in Tokyo

K-pop powerhouse ZEROBASEONE (Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Park Gunwook, Han Yujin) captivated global fans from day one at KCON JAPAN 2025, held at Makuhari Messe, Japan on May 9.

The group opened the event with a stunning full-member performance on the Artist Stage, kicking off their set with the title track “Blue” from their 5th mini album “BLUE PARADISE”. The stage instantly transformed into a paradise of dazzling blue, immersing the crowd in the group’s signature ‘mystery freshness’ aura.

Following this dynamic opening, ZEROBASEONE ignited the venue with “Devil Game”, a powerful performance themed on hide-and-seek with the devil. The track’s energy underscored the group’s sharp choreography and electrifying stage presence.

In celebration of their Japanese fanbase, the band also performed notable tracks such as “NOW OR NEVER”, “Only One Story”, and “YURA YURA” in Japanese, showcasing both musical versatility and linguistic charisma, thus earning roaring applause from the audience.

Later in the event, members Sung Hanbin, Zhang Hao, and Park Gunwook graced the red carpet and joined the M Countdown Stage, enriching the concert experience with stunning visuals and vibrant energy. Sung Hanbin and Park Gunwook took on hosting duties as special MCs, displaying delightful chemistry and smooth delivery.

One of the standout moments came when Zhang Hao teamed up with Cho Yuri for a special duet performance, reinterpreting Red Velvet’s iconic hit “Bad Boy”. Zhang Hao stunned fans with elegant choreography, alluring expressions, and captivating gestures, introducing a new dimension into his stage persona.

ZEROBASEONE is scheduled to continue engaging with global fans through a variety of programs at KCON JAPAN 2025 through May 10 and 11, further cementing their growing international influence.
