Within two days of its debut, it ranked fifth on Netflix globally.  In addition to Song Hye-kyo, actresses such as Lim Ji-yeon, Kim Hee-ra, and Shin Ye-eun, who primarily played positive images, are rapidly gaining popularity due to their diverse watching points such as poison romance, social problems, and revenge methods.

Song Hye-kyo plays Moon Dong-eun, an adult victim of school assault, in "The Glory," and patiently explains the process of exacting vengeance on the perpetrators one by one. This piece features Moon Dong-eun (Song Hye-kyo), a victim of school abuse, calmly aiming revenge blades at the culprits. It tells the story of Dong-eun, who is not driven by rage, but rather by vengeance.

The following is a list of resources for those interested in learning more about the subject. "Tae Hyeji" is the name of the song. There is no one who is unaware of Kim Tae-hee, Song Hye-kyo, and Jeon Ji-hyun. She is regarded as one of Korea's three unchanging goddesses.

She made her debut in her mid-teens and has been a top star in Korea since the 2000s and 2010s. She is a melodramatic queen who excels at melodramas in particular. She is well-known as an actor with a keen eye for selecting roles. She was a driving force behind the success of dramas such as “Autumn in my Heart," "All-in," "Full House," and "Descendants of the Sun."

It is also known as the "Goddess of Ratings" since it is highly rare for an actor to be cast in a series of mega-hit works with a viewer rating of more than 40% simply by being cast.

On October 31, 2017, she married Song Joong-ki, who had a relationship with "Descendants of the Sun," creating headlines. The song-song duo of "Descendants of the Sun" also became a tremendous hit at the time, and their marriage was a significant issue, but it became a heated topic again as they traveled their different paths around two years later.

The term "virtual reality" refers to the concept of virtual reality. Song Hye-kyo enjoys walking, so when she gained weight in her early to mid-20s, she walked four hours each day to reduce weight and prepared a tofu diet. Walking exercises and tofu diets became popular among netizens as this strategy spread.

2. What is Song Hye-kyo's personality?

When asked about Song Hye-kyo's personality, author Kim Won-seok, who offered "She is an actor with a clear language," Descendants of the Sun remarked. Despite the fact that he is a big star, she was able to chat with her and become close to him effortlessly." "As a natural person, her existence gradually fades, and she was beautiful even as a natural person," some of the players responded.

Other than work, she is believed to stay at home or take a walk with her dog. She has a puppy, which she says makes her happy every time she sees it, and she frequently posts images of her dog on Instagram. The dog breed is Bichon-free.

Song Hye-kyo revealed her true personality in an interview with a media outlet "Many people regard me as coy, yet those who know me describe me as macho. She is laid-back and speaks as if she were a child. Even though that is my personality, there are many times when I cannot speak in that manner." I don't often perform as well as my personality since I have to manage my image, but I was really pleased with my performance as Kang Mo-yeon."

Her personality has evolved significantly as a result of her actions. According to a recent interview, "I was introverted, so I was shy and silent for a long time after I made my debut. Those who didn't know me well perceived me as shy, but as I continued to work and met new people, my personality gradually shifted to that of an extrovert. I felt like I'd gotten a lot stronger thanks to you, but now I've changed again. As I become older, I notice that I'm becoming more sensitive, and I'm feeling more hurt than before. Why, why do I feel like I'm reliving my childhood? "I've been thinking about it a lot recently," she said.

Song Hye-kyo appears to be an active type who likes people when she is young and has a lot of friends and enjoys hanging out with others, according to an interview she has done since her debut. As I become older, I encounter only trustworthy people, and I believe that at least one person can be happy.

When I was working on "Taepyeongryun" with Director Ousam, the producers urged me to act in Korean so that I could dub, but it was later revealed that I acted in Chinese since my pride did not crumble. Despite my worry, I memorized the screenplay, and I interviewed that such a process became a significant study in my life. You have strong beliefs while interacting with people or working, and you have the temperament of a perfectionist who rigidly adheres to people and mind-centered principles, according to the interview.

Song Hye-kyo stated that even though her radius of life differs slightly from her friends, her attitude about life and way of life will be the same. "I suppose it's the same as women my age," Song Hye-kyo stated. When I'm stressed, I drink with my pals, and when I'm sad, I cry because I'm sleepy. It's a good thing. When I'm frustrated, I lash out at my close friends. I don't believe there is anything else. "That could be different than it appears," she explained, expressing her human side.

“Gongli is the first Asian star which I admire,” she said when asked, "Who is the icon you previously adored or wished to resemble?" Even as I grew older, I imagined myself as a cool and gorgeous actor like Gong Li, but I was terrified to meet her in person a few years ago. I was more nervous than when I saw a star, and I froze in front of her.

3. Song Hye-kyo's Activities(Actor Life)

She made her first appearance in the entertainment world when she was chosen for the 'Smart Model Contest' in 1996. She starred in the drama as a supporting actress and in a minor role, but she rose to prominence as a youth star after appearing in "Soonpoong Clinic" in 1998. "Soonpoong Clinic" is a popular national sitcom with over 600 episodes. Oh Hye-kyo, an immature college student, was portrayed by Song. Despite her attractive face, she acted feistily and garnered enormous popularity with her odd charm.

By playing the sad heroine in 'Autumn in My Heart' in 2000, she established herself as a dramatic actor. She portrayed Eunseo, a time-limited patient who had a sad love for Jun-seo, whom she had known as her real brother for 14 years. Autumn in My Heart is a box office success with a maximum viewer rating of more than 40%, and it is the original work that inspired the current Korean Wave, which also includes Won Bin, Song Hye-kyo, and Song Seung-heon.

She participated in the mega-scale drama All-In in 2003, which cost 6 billion won to produce, and cemented his place as a leading actor. When the special casting of Song Hye-kyo and Lee Byung-hun was announced, it was a work that piqued many people's interest even before it was shown. Min Soo-yeon, a casino dealer, is played by Song. She was also the first female to win best actress at the SBS Drama Awards.

In 2004, "Full House" was a classic drama starring Rain, who was at the time the most popular. Song Hye-kyo played Han Ji-eun, an Internet novelist, and displayed wrinkle-free and bold acting. Han Ji-eun's distinctive "Three Bears" aegyo, in particular, became a phenomenon.

She generally appeared in popular works in 2008, but she decided to appear in the works of Noh Hee-kyung, who has a high level of popularity and gained attention once more. Song Hye-kyo, who co-starred with Hyun Bin in "The World They Live In," was acclaimed for portraying Joo Joon-young and launching her acting career in the second act. The short and round Joo Joon-young haircut was also popular, and many ladies dared to wear short hair because of Song Hye-kyo's influence.

In 2016, she also starred in the syndrome-class drama "Descendants of the Sun," which sparked interest in Asia outside of South Korea. This is the first time I've met Kim Eun-sook, a famous Korean romance drama expert. "Descendants of the Sun" aired concurrently in China, grossing more than 200 million won per episode. Song Hye-kyo earned the KBS Acting Grand Award for her performance in this drama, cementing her position as a representative Hallyu star in Korea.

After "Descendants of the Sun," Song Hye-kyo's next film was the top issue in the broadcasting industry in 2018. Park Bo-gum and Yeon Sang-hae were cast in the drama "Boyfriend," which quickly became a topic of discussion.

In 2022, she portrayed Moon Dong-eun, the main character who yearns for vengeance, in the Netflix drama "The Glory," penned by Kim Eun-sook. This is Song Hye-kyo's first genre in Korea, and her transition as an actor has become a popular issue. It finished season 1 with high popularity, ranking 5th in the world within two days of the broadcast, and expectations for season 2 are also very high.

4. Drama ‘The Glory’ Related Interview

Q. Three features of "The Glory" piqued my interest. The first is your first Netflix original series premiere; the second is your reunion with writer Kim Eun-sook following "Descendants of the Sun"; and the third is that this story exposes humanity's darkest and sad side.

- In New York, I shot an independent thriller picture called "Fetish" a long time ago. Other from that, I've never worked in a genre like this before. This is my first genre, as well as my first vengeance. Fortunately, there is writer Kim Eun-sook, who writes excellent pieces, and director Ahn Gil-ho, whom I can trust and who I can follow, which is a huge assistance.

Q. I'm looking forward to Song Hye-kyo's revenge play because I think I'll be able to meet a face I've never seen before.

- I'm curious as well. I've mostly played out love stories up until now. Because the work's colors and characters are diametrically opposed to what I've done previously, I'm looking forward to witnessing my new reactions and feelings while acting. I'm not sure how long it will take to get used to it. It's thrilling, but it's also terrifying.

Q: Are you still concerned about your first shoot?

"I know how to do it because I've always done it." That's something I've never considered before. I've been acting for quite some time. Yet, I'm constantly nervous. I'm not the only one who is getting older; the characters are getting older as well. The guy must have grown up and experienced both joy and grief in his life. That is something I must say clearly.

Perhaps this is why I believe acting is becoming more difficult. On the surface, I believe it would be easier if I urged you to do acting again in your twenties because I've previously done it. The range of emotions is unquestionably narrower than it is now. On the other side, the characters I have to play currently are really challenging. "I suppose that's why I worry about everything."

Will I be able  to do well?" I always go into drama with that question.

Q. How do you generally spend your time in between jobs?

- I travel frequently. In my daily life, I learn what I want to learn, such as painting or Chinese, and I play well by myself. I enjoy playing alone at home, watching movies, cleaning, and improvising. I'm too busy working, so I can't move as much as I usually do. I'm the type to move whenever I want.

Q. Since "The Glory" is his first Netflix original series, I was surprised to find out what existing works were in service. "My life is beating," "The wind blows that winter," and "Boyfriend." "I've been talking about love," I remarked after playing a mother, a blind man, and a divorcee with a preterm child, but you've done a lot of different obstacles. I also assumed that the criteria for selecting a work are those found within.

- It was undoubtedly a script in the past. I wanted it to go nicely when I read it. The script is still large, but I think I'm starting to notice people. I'm the type of person who values the process. Of course, the outcomes are crucial, but consider the following: It's not just me who can do the work. Harmony and rhythm with the people who work with the director, writer, and staff are becoming increasingly crucial.

Q. Do you want the name Song Hye-kyo to be regarded as a muse or icon in history in the distant future?

-The phrase "everyone's doing it" means that everyone is doing something. I should aim to become an actor who will be remembered, but I don't think I can live if I focus on it. If you go through what is going to happen, I believe you will be remembered by many people. Above all, you must leave a large amount of good work and acting to learn. That, I believe, is the correct approach.
