UDTT Is Here to Shake Up K-pop’s 5th Generation with ‘School Rush’

UDTT unveils debut single School Rush with powerful dance and vocal performance

Fresh-faced but fiercely talented, K-pop’s newest girl group UDTT (Risako, Han Chae-young, Koo Hanna, Kwon Yejin) is taking the industry by storm—and fans are loving every second.

On June 8th, UDTT delighted fans by releasing a behind-the-scenes making film of their debut single ‘School Rush’ via their official social media platforms. The video captures the group’s bubbly excitement before their big debut but quickly shifts to display a polished professionalism the moment the cameras roll. With commanding gazes and confident poses, UDTT proves they are far more than rookies—they’re scene-stealers in the making.

UDTT isn’t your typical debut group. The quartet features members previously recognized from major survival shows such as Girls Planet 999 (Mnet), Universe Ticket (SBS), and My Teenage Girl (MBC). Their combined performance experience has coalesced into a powerful debut marked by precision, energy, and charm.

Dropping on April 29th, the debut single ‘School Rush’ features the title track ‘Really Really’, a deep house-inspired pop anthem oozing with catchiness and poetic lyricism. The track blends UDTT’s trademark brightness with top-tier production, thanks to K-pop hitmakers Kim Juhyung and Hayley Aitken, elevating the group’s musical credibility.

Adding more sparkle to their debut campaign, UDTT initiated a buzz-worthy promo by searching for a fifth member. That attention-grabber paid off with the addition of Yuk Woo-jeong (Lu Witing), who previously appeared on Chang Asia Thailand. She brings a refreshing international flavor to the already dynamic team.

Starting June 9th, UDTT will continue their promotional activities on music shows like Music Bank (KBS) and Inkigayo (SBS), giving fans more chances to catch their electrifying debut performances.

One thing’s clear—UDTT has arrived, and they’re not just participating in the game. They’re out to change it.
