The Queen’s House: Dark Secrets and Family Tensions Unfold in Episode 11
In the gripping Episode 11 of KBS 2TV‘s daily drama The Queen’s House, viewers witnessed the explosive beginning of a twisted fate between Ham Eun-jung (as Kang Jae-in) and Seo Jun-young (as Kim Do-yun). Airing on June 12 at 7:50 PM, the episode revealed a web of deception, betrayal, and tragic pasts.
The episode unveiled shocking truths, including the revelation that Choi Ja-young (played by Lee Sang-sook) was behind the hit-and-run incident involving Kim Do-hee (Miram). Do-yun’s disbelief and anger peaked upon learning Ja-young used her son’s vehicle and that Do-hee had been labeled a mistress by the police.
Meanwhile, the emotional tension between Jae-in and her mother Ja-young intensified. Jae-in, disillusioned by her mother’s crumbling facade, was left stunned by Ja-young’s cold command: “Divorce him immediately.” Ja-young warned her daughter never to give up on YL Group, dismissing familial ties to Kang Seung-woo (played by Kim Hyun-wook) by saying, “A half-blood is no better than a stranger.”
Elsewhere, Hwang Gi-chan (played by Park Yun-jae) received a visit from Kang Se-ri (Lee Ga-ryung) at the hospital. Their excitement over Ja-young’s arrest was short-lived as a homeless woman (Lee Bo-hee) entered, heightening the suspense. Se-ri seized the chance to confess all — from her family’s scandals to a murder committed by her in-law.
Tragedy rippled through Kim Do-hee’s family after her death. Her daughter, Kim Bo-ram (Choi Seol-ah), desperately searched for her mother, while grandmother Jung Yoon-hee (Kim Ae-ran) could only fight back tears, unable to break the truth to the child.
As the episode ended, a mystery text message arrived just as Do-yun was about to return a handkerchief to Jae-in. He was horrified to discover that Jae-in is the daughter of the hit-and-run culprit — setting the stage for a dramatic reckoning. Episode 12 airs on June 13 at 7:50 PM on KBS 2TV.
