Emerging K-pop Sensation Tempest Announces New Single and Japan Showcase

Tempest’s Return to Japan

The vibrant K-pop group Tempest is returning to the Japanese stage with their new digital single, ‘My Way’, set to release in July. Following their successful entrance into the Japanese market last year with the ending theme song ‘Baddest Behavior’ for the Fuji TV anime Escape Great Mission, Tempest garnered significant attention with their debut mini-album ‘BANG!’ on the Oricon charts.

Rising Popularity

In December, Tempest solidified their position by releasing their second mini-album ‘BUBBLE GUM’, which climbed the Billboard Japan and Oricon weekly album charts. Their collaboration with Japan’s largest discount store, Don Quijote, as part of the ‘Passion Price’ campaign further bolstered their image as a rising idol group in Japan.

Upcoming Showcases

Tempest is set to delight fans with the ‘My Way’ showcases at Zepp Namba in Osaka and Zepp Haneda in Tokyo on July 24th and 26th, respectively. Pre-sales for the event tickets are scheduled to open on June 29th at 6 PM, with details available on Tempest’s official Japanese website.

Global Engagement

Recently, Tempest continued their international engagement with successful domestic activities featuring their sixth mini-album ‘RE: Full of Youth’ and completing the 2025 TEMPEST SHOW-CON in Macau. Their constant engagement with fans across the globe highlights their commitment to maintaining a strong international presence.
