Son Tae-young and Kwon Sang-woo’s Daughter Declares ‘I Don’t Want to Get Married’ During Family Camping in the Catskills
In a recent video uploaded on YouTube channel ‘Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young’ on the 13th, Korean celebrity couple Son Tae-young and Kwon Sang-woo shared a heartwarming yet thought-provoking family moment during their first outdoor camping trip in the Catskills.
The couple, known for their enduring presence in Korean entertainment, took their daughter Lee Ho camping at an auto campsite. While driving, they engaged in a deep conversation with Lee Ho about her future plans and dreams.
Lee Ho confidently declared her ambition to become a lawyer and make a lot of money. “When I become a lawyer and earn a lot, I’ll buy Dad a penthouse and a car. I’ll take my nephews on a jet to Greece,” she exclaimed with excitement.
Son Tae-young reacted with admiration, saying, “Wow, you better make a lot of money!” while Kwon Sang-woo added with a laugh, “It looks like we won’t need to worry about buying a house anymore.”
Detailing her plan, Lee Ho continued, “I’ll work super hard all day as a lawyer to make money.” Her clarity and determination led her parents to burst into laughter.
Concerned about her well-being, Kwon Sang-woo advised her to live joyfully and take care of her health, to which Lee Ho responded, “But I love studying,” surprising them with her dedication.
The most unexpected moment came when Kwon asked, “Seeing Mom and Dad, do you want to get married or not?” Lee Ho replied firmly, “I don’t want to get married,” shocking both parents.
She further clarified, “I don’t like girls, so I won’t marry Mom. I don’t like Dad either. I just don’t want to,” drawing laughter and a hint of concern.
Son Tae-young jokingly asked, “So, you mean Dad’s a good father, but not a great man?” Lee Ho responded affirmatively, leaving Kwon Sang-woo visibly deflated.
This video not only revealed the candid nature of their family bond but also sparked discussions on evolving generational views about career goals and marriage, especially from a young girl wise beyond her years.
