SMTOWN LIVE 2025 Ignites Latin and North America with Star-Studded Performances

SM Entertainment artists wow audiences with explosive performances at SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in North America

SM Entertainment launched its highly anticipated global concert series, SMTOWN LIVE 2025, with electrifying performances in Mexico City and Los Angeles, captivating over tens of thousands of fans with its iconic artist lineup and unforgettable stage moments.

Marking its 30th anniversary, SM Entertainment hosted its first SMTOWN LIVE in Mexico at Estadio GNP Seguros on June 9 (local time), followed by a vibrant show at Dignity Health Sports Park in LA on June 11. The event boasted a dazzling showcase of music and choreography from SM’s top artists, mesmerized fans flooding the venues in a glowing display of ‘Pink Blood’ fandom.

The performances featured legendary artists TVXQ, Super Junior, SHINee’s Key and Minho, EXO’s Suho, Chanyeol, and Kai, Red Velvet’s Irene, Seulgi, and Joy, as well as the powerhouse groups NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, aespa, RIIZE, NCT WISH, Heart2Heart, Dear Alice, and SMTR25. Audiences were treated to a nearly four-hour musical extravaganza filled with non-stop high-energy performances and fan-favorite hits.

The show opened with TVXQ’s explosive rendition of “Rising Sun,” followed by unforgettable hits including Super Junior’s “Sorry Sorry,” Red Velvet’s “Bad Boy,” NCT 127’s “Be Natural,” NCT DREAM’s “Smoothie,” WayV’s “FREQUENCY,” and aespa’s “Whiplash.” RIIZE shook the stage with “Boom Boom Bass,” while NCT WISH and Dear Alice charmed fans with “Poppop” and “Ariana” respectively.

Solo highlights included Key’s sensual “Pleasure Shop,” Minho’s intense “CALL BACK,” Suho’s emotional “Point of No Return,” and Chanyeol’s dynamic “Hasta La Vista.” New to the tour, Kai stunned with his solo “Wait On Me” and joined Suho and Chanyeol for the powerful trio showpiece “The Chase.” Debuting unit Heart2Heart made a charming impression with “The Chase” and “Butterflies.”

In a touching finale, all artists gathered on stage to perform “Light,” a symbolic anthem of “SMTOWN LIVE” that unified performers and fans in a heartfelt celebration of music and community.

With the successful wrap-up of performances in North America, fans worldwide can anticipate the next stop of the SMTOWN LIVE 2025 tour—scheduled for June 28 in London, continuing the wave of K-pop excellence across the globe.
