Rookies on Stage: IDID Launches Pre-Debut Performances Across Major Korean Music Shows

Starship Entertainment’s highly anticipated boy group IDID (consisting of Kim Min-jae, Jang Yong-hoon, Baek Jun-hyeok, Park Won-bin, Chu Yu-chan, Jung Se-min, Park Jun-hwan, and Park Sung-hyun) is making waves with an unconventional pre-debut rollout that’s grabbing the global K-pop community’s attention.

Emerging from the mega project Debut’s Plan, these eight rookies are stepping into the spotlight with appearances on Korea’s most influential music shows. Their pre-debut campaign officially kicks off on May 15 with a special stage performance on M Countdown.

IDID’s initial pre-debut performance will mark the first time the group showcases their skills to a public audience under the IDID brand. The excitement among fans is palpable as their first appearance has already sparked massive online buzz, marking them as serious contenders in the burgeoning 5th generation idol lineup.

The group’s pre-debut rollout continues with back-to-back performances on Music Bank (May 16), Show! Music Core (May 17), and SBS Inkigayo (May 18), giving fans a taste of their stage presence ahead of their official launch.
