Rising K-pop Group NEXZ Unveils Striking New Concept Photos Ahead of ‘O-RLY?’ Comeback

Emerging K-pop sensation NEXZ (넥스지) is making waves once again ahead of their much-anticipated comeback. On April 21, the seven-member boy group under JYP Entertainment revealed a new batch of arresting concept photos for their second mini album titled O-RLY?, set to be released on April 28.

After first teasing fans with aesthetically pleasing visuals on April 14 via their official social media channels, NEXZ has now dropped both group and individual images. The concept shoots, infused with a free spirited and edgy vibe, highlight each member’s unique charisma while artistically capturing dynamic emotions and interpersonal storytelling.

The group photo showcases the synergy of the seven members — Tomoya (토모야), Yu (유우), Haru (하루), Sogan (소건), Seita (세이타), Huey (휴이), and Yuki (유키) — exuding rebel energy with hip fashion choices. Individual shots further delve into nuanced expressions, enriched by the presence of other members either absorbed in their thoughts or interacting subtly in the background. Together, these visuals construct an immersive narrative that enhances anticipation for the upcoming album.

O-RLY? will include five dynamic tracks: the title song of the same name, pre-released music video track Simmer, followed by Want More? One More!, Run With Me, and Slo-mo. An exclusive CD-only track, Z Side_250226, is also featured for fans who purchase the physical album.

To celebrate the release, fans can look forward to an array of events. On the evening of April 28 at 8 PM KST, NEXZ will launch their comeback showcase ‘NEXZ COMEBACK SHOW O-RLY?’ through music channel Mnet and digital platform M2 on YouTube. Following that, from April 30 to May 11, a special pop-up store entitled ‘NEXZ [O-RLY?] POP-UP STORE’ will open at the EQL Seongsu location in Seoul to commemorate their return.

NEXZ debuted with a fresh approach to the idol scene, and with this comeback, they are solidifying their identity as one of the most creative and visually compelling new acts in the K-pop ecosystem. Their second EP O-RLY? and its title track will be available on major streaming platforms on April 28 at 6 PM KST.
