Rising K-pop Girl Group UDTT (Uddang Tangtang Girls) Unleashes Hidden Charms in Behind-the-Scenes Film

Emerging K-pop sensation UDTT (aka Uddang Tangtang Girls) is drawing global attention as they reveal their vibrant personalities and behind-the-scenes charms in a newly released making film for their debut single, School Rush.

Through their official social media channel on May 8, UDTT—consisting of Risako, Koo Hanna, and others—shared exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from the concept photo shoot of School Rush. The video offers a nostalgic and youthful peek into the group’s pre-debut excitement as they showcase their fun, lively sides before stepping into the spotlight.

Despite their playful demeanor, UDTT instantly transforms when the cameras roll, striking poised, charismatic poses and displaying striking visual expressions. Their performance in the shoot underlined why they are considered a “well-prepared rookie” group in the K-pop industry.

UDTT features members from high-profile reality shows like Girls Planet 999: The Girls Saviors (Mnet), Universe Ticket (SBS), and My Teenage Girl (MBC), all of whom garnered early attention for their talents and potential.

Marking their official debut on April 29, UDTT introduced themselves to the world with their first single School Rush, and have been actively performing their title track REALLY REALLY. The song is a deep house-inspired pop track that blends catchy melodies with poetic lyrics, encapsulating the bittersweet rush of a first love through UDTT’s signature youthful energy and charm.

In a bold and unconventional move, UDTT also launched a unique campaign to add a fifth member during their debut promotions. Recently, Liu Wujing (Lu Yuting), known for appearances on CHANG Asia Thailand, has joined the group as a student trainee, already performing together with them on stage.
