Go Min-si’s Character Loses Her Composure in an Emotional Episode of ‘Your Taste’

The culinary world of Jeonju takes center stage in the latest episode of the Genie TV Original series ‘Your Taste’ as Mo Yeon-joo, played by Go Min-si, finds her orderly world disrupted by an unexpected visit from a figure in her past: Jeon Min, portrayed by Yoo Yeon-seok.

Having established herself as the talented owner-chef of “Jeongje” after leaving Seoul behind, Mo Yeon-joo’s skills have impressed even culinary elites like Han Beom-woo (Kang Ha-neul). Yet, little is known about her past, keeping colleagues and viewers alike guessing about her true backstory.

Everything changes when Jeon Min, once Mo Yeon-joo’s close kitchen colleague and now the head chef of the acclaimed Diamant 3-Star Restaurant, walks into her restaurant. This reunion sets off memories and emotions between the two chefs—feelings left unresolved despite the passage of time.

In the newly released teaser images, Mo Yeon-joo turns her back, visibly shaken by Jeon Min’s presence, while his expression betrays regret and desperation. Their poignant encounter hints at secrets and stories that may finally come to light.

Jeon Min’s reappearance also stirs up Han Beom-woo, who senses a shift in the air and finds himself caught off-guard by truths revealed through Mo Yeon-joo. The subtleties between past connections and present relationships make for riveting drama, spotlighting the series’ emotional depth.

Yoo Yeon-seok’s nuanced performance as the reserved yet vulnerable Jeon Min adds tension and anticipation, as fans look forward to his interactions with Kang Ha-neul and Go Min-si in upcoming episodes.

The fifth episode of ‘Your Taste’ airs tonight at 10PM on ENA, with free VOD streaming exclusively on KT Genie TV right after its broadcast. The series is also available internationally via Netflix, making it a must-see for drama and culinary enthusiasts worldwide.
