May KiTake One Take by KiTbetter highlights idol Bside tracks from NCT Wish Tae-yeon BSS and fromis9

In a celebration of underrated B-side tracks that deserve more love, KiTbetter has unveiled the May edition of its KiTake ‘One Take’ series. Leading the month’s spotlight are standout songs from some of K-pop’s most loved and emerging acts—NCT Wish, Tae-yeon, BSS, and fromis_9.

KiTake is a curated program from KiTbetter, a physical album production and release service tailored for smart devices. It selects special concept albums — called Kit Albums — and shares them via its official X account. The May 2024 concept centers around idol tracks that fans treasure and listen to on repeat.

This month, four notable B-side tracks made the cut:

  • NCT Wish’s “poppop” from their successful debut era. The group launched in February 2024 and has already sold nearly two million copies across three albums. Their featured track “1000,” a fourth track on their kit album, is characterized by its smooth synth pads and crystal-clear melody.
  • Tae-yeon’s “Letter to Myself” from her sixth mini album, which explores diverse genres across six songs. Among them, the emotive R&B track “Blur” shares a journey of self-realization.
  • BSS (BooSeokSoon), a Seventeen unit consisting of members Seungkwan, DK, and Hoshi, brings “TELEPARTY” and the second track “Happy Alone” from their January 2024 release. Built on a new jack swing rhythm, the song paints the picture of a personal celebration.
  • fromis_9’s “Supersonic”, released in August 2023, echoes bright and energetic vibes. Meanwhile, its third track “Take A Chance” delivers a euphoric message driven by 80s synth pop aesthetics.

For fans and collectors, all KiTake content and further announcements can be viewed through the official KiTbetter X channel. This monthly series not only spotlights deep cuts that often go unnoticed but also enhances the physical album experience in the digital listening era.
