MEOVV Ignites the Stage With Emotional and Energetic Performances on ‘The Seasons: Park Bo-gum’s Cantabile’

MEOVV showcases debut stage and soulful performances on KBS 2TVs The Seasons

On the June 2nd broadcast of KBS 2TV‘s popular late-night music talk show ‘The Seasons: Park Bo-gum’s Cantabile’, rookie K-pop girl group MEOVV took the stage by storm with a mesmerizing and emotionally-charged live performance.

Starting with a bold entrance, MEOVV opened their set with a live band version of their debut single ‘MEOW‘, immediately captivating both the live audience and viewers with their energetic charisma and tight stage presence.

Following their performance, the group members greeted host Park Bo-gum and audience members with shy smiles, offering a glimpse of their charming real-life personalities in contrast to their commanding stage personas.

Member Gawon showcased her vocal prowess with a soulful rendition of fellow label senior Rose’s track ‘number one girl’, highlighting her deep emotional expression and mature tone uncommon for a rookie idol.

Meanwhile, Narin delivered a sweet reinterpretation of the sentimental song ‘별 보러 가자‘ (Let’s Go See the Stars), filling the studio with a calming evening mood perfect for a Friday night.

A true highlight followed with MEOVV’s second single ‘TOXIC‘, released last November. The performance was elevated by a surprise piano accompaniment from the show’s host, Park Bo-gum, adding a graceful musical layer to the group’s rich harmonies.

Demonstrating their well-rounded talents, MEOVV impressed the audience once more with their explosive closing stage for their latest track ‘HANDS UP‘. With its addictive beat, dynamic choreography, and an irresistible dance break, the group solidified their rising status as performers to watch.

Building anticipation for their official debut EP, MEOVV is already gaining momentum, with ‘HANDS UP’ serving as a pre-release. Their first extended play, titled ‘MY EYES OPEN VVIDE‘, is set to drop on June 12 at 6 PM KST.

With each stage, MEOVV continues to prove they’re not just another rookie girl group but true all-rounder artists ready to leave a mark in the competitive K-pop scene.
