Kwon Jin Ah Unveils Emotional MV Teaser for ‘Reunion’ Featuring Steve Sanghyun Noh

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Kwon Jin Ah is back, setting hearts aflame with a breathtaking teaser for her new music video, Reunion. Shared via her label Another’s official social media channels on June 23, the teaser introduces a poignant narrative that forms part of her upcoming third full-length album, The Dreamest.

Reunion, one of two title tracks alongside Let It Go, weaves a tale of lost love rekindled. Gentle melodies and aching vocals bring to life the story of two people meeting again after years apart. The video juxtaposes memories of youthful passion with the heaviness of time, effortlessly evoking emotions of regret, hope, and tenderness. Lyrics like “I became a coward” and “we were brave even though we were scared” speak to the raw complexity of their connection.

Directed by Lee Rae Kyung, known for his previous work with IU, Jannabi, and Bolbbalgan4, the MV carries a delicate, cinematic atmosphere. The performance reaches another level thanks to actors Steve Sanghyun Noh, known for Apple TV+’s Pachinko and the film adaptation of Love in the Big City, and Yurim Park, who caught Hollywood’s eye with Drive My Car. Their aching portrayal of long-lost lovers captures the bittersweet essence of reunion with stunning realism.

The Dreamest marks Kwon Jin Ah’s return with her first studio album in six years and her debut under label Another. The album, which includes ten tracks including the pre-released Love & Hate, showcases her artistry beyond vocals, as she contributed to the writing, composition, and overall production.

Scheduled for release on June 25 at 6 PM KST on major streaming platforms, The Dreamest promises to be not just an album, but a journey—both cinematic and deeply personal.
