Korean Singer Chaeyun Joins TV Chosun’s ‘Sing Korea’ as Featured Local Guide

Korean singer Chaeyun makes her debut as a guide on TV Chosuns Sing Korea variety show

Chaeyun, a rising figure in Korea’s entertainment scene, is joining TV Chosun’s weekly music competition show Sing Korea as a regular segment guide. Her debut appearance as a guide will air on May 4 at 4 PM KST.

Sing Korea, broadcast every Sunday afternoon, is a dynamic singing contest show aimed at bridging generational gaps through music. Hosted by prominent MC Joyoungoo, the show also promotes regional culture and local economies by highlighting landmarks, delicacies, and community stories from across the country.

Chaeyun will serve as the permanent guide for the “Tteotta Tteosseo Uri Dongne” segment, where she introduces local attractions and specialties. With her trademark cheerful smile and witty banter, the show anticipates that she will infuse new vitality into the program’s narrative.

The multifaceted entertainer has built a strong presence across Korean broadcasting networks. She previously served as the MC of CJB Cheongju Broadcasting’s National TOP10 Gayo Show, and made notable appearances as a regular reporter on TV Chosun’s Alkongdalkong and panelist on Almaengi. Her guest spots also include popular KBS shows such as National Singing Contest, Gayo Stage, Morning Yard, and TV Chosun’s Tuesday Night is Good.

Chaeyun debuted in 2019 with the single Samsamhage and is currently showcasing her musical talent on the K-pop show Joyful Life. Known for her diverse skill set and vibrant stage persona, she’s poised to leave a lasting mark in the Korean variety scene.
