Korean Actress Chae Seo-an in Talks to Sign with Blitzway Entertainment

Up-and-coming South Korean actress Chae Seo-an, affectionately dubbed “Mrs. Hak” by fans, is reportedly in positive discussions to sign an exclusive contract with Blitzway Entertainment, one of Korea’s leading entertainment companies.

Blitzway Entertainment officially stated on June 5, “We are positively discussing an exclusive contract with actress Chae Seo-an.”

Chae Seo-an made her debut in the 2021 KBS 2TV drama Police Class and has since built an impressive resume, appearing in notable titles such as Netflix’s Hellbound, KBS 2TV historical drama When Flowers Bloom, I Think of the Moon, ENA’s suspense series Paper Moon, and most recently, the trending youth thriller Hierarchy on Netflix.

Her latest performance in Netflix’s The 8 Show (Korean title: 폭싹 속았수다) brought her considerable attention, where she portrayed Yeong-ran, the wife of Bu Sang-gil (played by Choi Dae-hoon). Her on-screen husband’s constant yelling of “Hak-ssi! Hak-ssi!” cemented her fan-given nickname “Mrs. Hak.”
