King of Active Singers 2 Kicks Off Nationwide Tour with a Spectacular Start at Jamsil Indoor Arena
Seoul witnessed a sensational start to the King of Active Singers 2 nationwide tour, as more than 20,000 fans packed into the Jamsil Indoor Arena from April 18 to 20. This three-day event marked the beginning of a nationwide musical celebration, delivering a powerful showcase of raw talent, dynamic performances, and heartfelt fan engagement.
Hosted by Maeil Broadcasting Network (MBN), the tour features beloved performers from the show including Park Seo-jin, Jin Hae-sung, Enoch, Shin Seung-tae, Choi Soo-ho, Kang Moon-kyung, Hwanhee, Song Min-jun, Jae-ha, and Yoon Jun-hyup. Each brought their signature style to the stage, reproducing iconic performances from the series while delighting fans with special collaborations and new surprises not seen on TV.
A standout moment came when Park Seo-jin, Choi Soo-ho, and Song Min-jun charmed the audience with their playful cover of a girl group dance track ‘Bo Peep Bo Peep’. Not to be outdone, Jin Hae-sung, Enoch, and Shin Seung-tae drew laughs and applause with their comedic performance of ‘Jinjja Baegi’.
The chemistry of Hwanhee and Kang Moon-kyung shone in their rendition of the quirky classic ‘Choi Jin-sa Daeck Setjae Ttal’, while the duo Choi Soo-ho and Yoon Jun-hyup brought sultry energy with their version of ‘Honey’, garnering explosively positive audience response.
Exclusive to the concerts is the VCR segment titled A Day with Top 7, giving fans an intimate glimpse into the offstage moments of the stars like Park Seo-jin, Jin Hae-sung, Enoch, Shin Seung-tae, Kim Jun-su, Choi Soo-ho, and Kang Moon-kyung. Audience reactions were overwhelmingly positive, with favorites already planning to buy tickets again for upcoming city stops.
The show’s popularity continues to reach new heights following its finale, which shattered records with over 2.43 million text votes — surpassing the previous season by over 160,000. Since its conclusion, performances have amassed over 200 million views online, signaling strong ongoing interest and enthusiasm from fans nationwide.
MBN plans to broadcast the full Seoul concert performance on May 1st at 10:20 PM, offering television viewers a front-row seat to the high-energy performances that lit up Seoul’s most iconic indoor venue.
The tour hits the road next, with stops scheduled across Busan (May 3), Daegu (May 10), Changwon (May 17), Jeonju (May 24–25), Daejeon (May 31), Anyang (June 7), Ilsan (June 28), Incheon (July 5), and Gwangju (July 12). Ticket reservations for Ilsan and Suwon open on April 22.
