New KBS music show Bangpan Music features top artists including Lee Chanwon Forestella Wendy

The highly anticipated new variety music show, ‘Bangpan Music: Songs Everywhere’, will premiere on KBS 2TV on May 31. This innovative musical project is a spin-off of the popular program ‘None’ which captivated audiences last winter.

Bringing an eclectic mix of music to iconic Korean landmarks, the show will feature top-tier artists including Lee Chan-won, Wendy, Forestella, Hanhae, Dani Gu, Gurum, and Gyro. Each musician will deliver live performances tailored to the unique spirit of each destination, bringing joy and heartfelt moments to both live audiences and viewers at home.

Helmed by music show veterans Song Gwang-jong and Park Gyeong-deok, and curated under the experienced oversight of KBS CP Lee Sun-hee, the show promises top-quality visuals and premium sound. The creative direction is said to raise the bar for Korean musical variety series.

‘Bangpan Music: Songs Everywhere’ isn’t just about performance—it’s a genre-blurring celebration that includes trot, K-pop, hip-hop, and classical music. Each episode will unveil special stage collaborations and custom setlists, from K-chart legends of the 1980s to early 2010s, offering a nostalgia-laced musical journey through time.

Additionally, special guest artists matched to various location themes are set to make surprise appearances, enhancing the emotional range and novelty of each live set.

Tune in every Saturday at 10:40 PM (KST) on KBS 2TV beginning May 31, and embark on a one-of-a-kind musical tour across Korea with ‘Bangpan Music’.
