K-pop Powerhouse (G)I-DLE Set to Return with 8th Mini Album ‘We are’

Global K-pop sensation (G)I-DLE has kicked off the countdown to their anticipated comeback. On June 7, their agency Cube Entertainment unveiled the cover art for the group’s 8th mini album, ‘We are’, via their official social media channels.

The online cover of ‘We are’ features five ‘i’ icons forming a small constellation, ultimately joining to create a larger star. The design represents how the five uniquely individual members—Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua—unite as one, symbolizing the group’s synergy and collective identity.

Adding to the excitement, the countdown page for ‘We are’ on Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform, has gone live. Fans can now pre-save the album and watch the timer tick down to release day. Alongside the launch of the page, the full tracklist for ‘We are’ has been revealed.

The mini album comprises six tracks: “Good Thing,” “Girlfriend,” “Love Tease,” “Chain,” “Unstoppable,” and “그래도 돼요.” Each title hints at the group’s exploration of new musical horizons, fueling anticipation among fans worldwide.

Previously, (G)I-DLE had amped up excitement with the release of concept photos, trailers, and album posters. Leading up to the official drop, the group plans to engage fans through a series of teaser contents, keeping the momentum strong until release day.

‘We are’ will officially be released on June 19 at 6 PM KST across various music platforms, marking another milestone in (G)I-DLE’s global dominance.
