Jin of BTS Tops Spotify Global Charts with ‘Don’t Say You Love Me’

Rising to the Top

On May 27, Spotify announced that Jin of BTS claimed the number one spot on their ‘Daily Top Songs Global’ chart with his latest release, “Don’t Say You Love Me.” The track, which entered the chart at 9th position on its release day, has shown consistent upward momentum.

Chart Success

Prior to this, the song secured the 58th place on the UK’s prestigious ‘Official Singles Chart Top 100’ (May 23-29 issue) and topped sub-charts in ‘Single Downloads’, ‘Single Sales’, and ‘Physical Singles’. There is also anticipation that it will enter the US Billboard’s main chart, the ‘Hot100’.

Other Achievements

Jin’s Mini Album ‘Echo’ has broken his own records, peaking at 3rd on the US ‘Billboard 200’ (May 31 issue), and entering the UK ‘Official Albums Chart Top 100’ for the first time at 63rd place.

BTS Members’ Solo Successes

In line with Jin’s success, other BTS members’ solo tracks are also showing strength on the Spotify ‘Daily Top Songs Global’ chart (as of May 25).

Jimin’s second solo album ‘MUSE’ title track ‘Who’ climbed 2 spots to 10th.

Jungkook’s solo single ‘Seven (feat. Latto)’ rose 30 places to 78th.

V‘s collaboration with Park Hyo Shin, ‘Winter Ahead (with PARK HYO SHIN)’, soared 89 places up to 102nd.
