Japanese Girl Group COSMOS of Youth Tops K-Pop Radar Fandom Chart for Two Consecutive Weeks

Japanese girl group COSMOS of Youth, comprised entirely of Japanese members, has once again claimed the top spot on the weekly K-Pop Radar fandom chart, marking their second consecutive week at number one.

The K-Pop Radar weekly chart, curated by fandom data service Space Audity, tracks and analyzes the growth of artists, with COSMOS of Youth soaring to the top thanks to their official debut single ‘Lucky=One’ released on April 11, 2025.

The group’s music video for ‘Lucky=One’ amassed an impressive 4.57 million views during the fourth week of April (April 10–16), a notable increase from the previous week’s 4.25 million views.

On Spotify, COSMOS of Youth attracted 14,000 new followers in the same week—vastly surpassing the K-pop average rise of 2,300 followers. Their buzz is equally visible across social media, with their Instagram followers growing by 41,000 and Twitter followers increasing by 1,000, during a time when the overall K-pop Twitter space is experiencing a slowdown.

K-Pop Radar highlighted, “COSMOS of Youth debuted with strong momentum, maintaining No. 1 for two weeks. Especially noteworthy is their robust performance on Spotify and social media.”

Other notable new entrants to this week’s Top 10 include the group Tours with their track ‘마음 따라 뛰는 건 멋지지 않아?’ at No. 4 and Antem’s ‘Go in Blind’ at No. 9.

The K-Pop Radar chart is a unique metric created by Space Audity, a music tech startup, specifically designed to reflect K-pop’s massive international footprint—over 90% of its traffic coming from global platforms. The chart collects and compiles data from major sources including YouTube views, Spotify followers, and social metrics from Twitter and Instagram.
