Jang Keun-suk Flaunts Boyish Charm and Fashion Sense Amid Real Estate Success

Korean actor and singer Jang Keun-suk recently captured the attention of fans once again, not only for his timeless charm but also his burgeoning real estate portfolio. On the 29th, Jang took to his personal social media account to post several selfies with the caption, “I heard Seongsu is the hottest place to hang out.”

In the photos, Jang Keun-suk is seen sipping tea and enjoying a serene afternoon at a trendy café in Seongsu-dong. Dressed in a white t-shirt, brown cardigan, and green slacks, he showcases a casual yet sophisticated fashion sense.

Beyond his public persona, Jang is also making quiet strides in the real estate industry. According to a real estate firm last October, Jang purchased a building in Gangnam-gu Samseong-dong back in November 2015 for approximately 21.3 billion KRW (about $16 million USD at the time). The building features 3 basements and 6 above-ground floors, with a land area of 824 square meters and a gross floor area of 4,218 square meters. Hana Bank currently occupies the entire building under a lease agreement.

The ownership structure is split between Jang (95%) and his mother (5%). The estimated loan amount on the property is 13.1 billion KRW. As of 2023, the price per square meter in the area surged to 8.2 million KRW, pushing the estimated market value of Jang’s building to around 56 billion KRW—realizing a resale profit of approximately 34.7 billion KRW over nine years.

Jang’s property savvy doesn’t stop there. In April 2011, he acquired another building in Cheongdam-dong for 8.5 billion KRW. The building comprises 2 basement levels and 6 floors above ground, sitting on a 393-square-meter plot. It currently houses his management agency and creative studio.

In 2024, a building across the street—albeit older—was valued at 17.7 million KRW per square meter. Adjusting for age and condition, Jang’s building is now estimated to be worth 27 billion KRW, rendering an expected profit of 18.5 billion KRW over 13 years.

While dominating the real estate market, the 1987-born star is also keeping busy on stage. Performing as part of the music unit TEAM H, Jang Keun-suk is set to hold their “TEAM H [RIGHT NOW 2025]” concert in Tokyo on June 18–19 and in Osaka on July 22–23.

The actor continues to bridge entertainment and business with finesse, proving himself a true multi-hyphenate in South Korea’s celebrity sphere.
