House of Girls: Tensions Rise Among Untitled Artists in Explosive Music Competition

ENA House of Girls launches with fierce rivalries sharp critiques and high stakes for Untitled Artists

Get ready for high-stakes drama and raw talent as ENA launches its electrifying new music reality show House of Girls. Premiering on May 23rd, the program casts a revealing spotlight on ten emerging ‘Untitled Artists’ from Korea’s indie scene.

In this intense music survival series, these rising female stars live together for 100 days under one roof while completing a series of creative missions to earn a spot in a compilation album. The show documents their growth—artistically and personally—as they strive to carve out their own names in the competitive world of music.

Judged and mentored by a star-studded panel known as the Artist MakersKim Yoon-ah, Yang Dong-geun (YDG), Shin Yong-jae, and Soyou—House of Girls takes music competition to the next level.

The premiere episode wastes no time, diving headfirst into discomfort and confrontation. The 10 artists—Bamsae, BIBVIEW, Seori, Sian, Ara, Youngju, Yooa, Yul, Jiselle, and Kisses—are introduced to each other in the “House” and are immediately thrust into a self-evaluation challenge. Monitors play pre-recorded feedback they gave on each other’s music, setting the stage for a fierce dissing war.

Seori, who previously received a shoutout from BTS’s Jungkook, isn’t immune from criticism. BIBVIEW calls her song “plain,” while Ara bluntly says she wouldn’t have listened had Giriboy not featured in it. Seori, initially stunned, responds with grit: “If I wasn’t here to win, I wouldn’t have come. Let’s see how they do.”

Fierce critiques continue. One artist is mocked as “old-fashioned,” another told her track lacked depth. Bamsae, unfazed by the hearsay, coolly replies, “I didn’t come here to make friends.” This stoic reaction even leaves judge YDG shocked, admitting, “Even I’m getting nervous now.”

MC Lee Yi-kyung spices things up further by announcing the show’s first major challenge—the Cover Song Mission. Only three artists will advance as official title contenders, based on feedback from the Artist Makers. Raising the stakes, Seori vows: “There’s no room for compromise.”

House of Girls promises intense rivalries, unfiltered feedback, authentic talent, and an unmissable journey as Korea’s next female stars battle it out note by note.
