With my always hectic schedule and so many matters vying for my attention, I realized I needed a moment to calm myself. I took a class, and it’s been exceptionally beneficial.” He further added that this practice includes tea ceremonies: “Instead of just drinking water in the morning, I now enjoy tea. I brew black soybeans and pigeon peas.”
