Dressed in a shirt and apron, Lee busily prepared authentic homemade dishes such as mugwort rice cakes, aged pumpkin porridge, and ox knee bone soup. His guest turned out to be his high school teacher, with whom he had maintained a relationship for over 12 years.
In a heartfelt reunion, Lee and his mentor reminisced about past memories while enjoying the food. Another inspiring story revealed that Lee once intervened in a case of dating violence at the age of 19, earning him a commendation from his local district council. His teacher expressed how Lee’s performance with his juniors on stage transformed many students’ school lives, praising him for his positive influence. Lee reciprocated by presenting a handwritten letter, moving his mentor to tears.
