Former K-pop Idol Ahn Sol-bin Joins 935 Entertainment and Embarks on Musical Theater Debut
South Korean actress and former K-pop idol Ahn Sol-bin has officially signed with 935 Entertainment, marking a new chapter in her diverse career spanning music, television, and now, musical theater.

Ahn Sol-bin debuted in 2014 as a member of the girl group Laboum, before transitioning to acting with her role in the 2016 drama Solomon’s Perjury. Since then, she has built a solid acting portfolio through appearances in popular dramas like Itaewon Class, Backstreet Rookie, and Oh! Master.
With her new agency contract signed, Sol-bin is now gearing up for her first stage challenge as she takes on the lead role in the new musical Tonight, At the Universe’s End. Based on the best-selling Japanese novel, the production marks the global premiere of the story’s theatrical adaptation. Sol-bin will portray Hino Maori, a young woman diagnosed with anterograde amnesia following an accident, who finds solace and a touch of everyday joy in her relationship with her boyfriend.
Sol-bin is expected to bring her unique, warm vocal tone and radiant energy to the role, expressing Hino Maori’s delicate charm on stage. Fans and industry insiders alike are eager to see how her multifaceted entertainment background will shine in this new medium.
