WJSN’s DaYoung Takes on New Challenges and Forges Connections with Gen Z
A Visit to Daejeon Shinil Girls’ High School
On October 6, DaYoung of WJSN appeared on KBS 1TV’s ‘Scout6 Early Jobster’ as the show’s leading MC. Her visit took her to Daejeon Shinil Girls’ High School, renowned for its ‘magic touch’ students.
Upon entering a classroom and witnessing students reading comics during class, DaYoung’s initial surprise turned to understanding. It was, after all, a class of students from the Culture Content Cartoon Program. She engaged with them, sharing stories about favorite cartoons and childhood books, fostering a connection through shared interests.
Engaging in Color Marketing
DaYoung impressed her audience further by actively participating in a Color Marketing class. There, she learned about the influence of colors on appetite and how red is a popular choice in fast-food branding. Her keen interest and focus left a mark.
Throughout the day, DaYoung also reviewed student-designed posters for ‘Early Jobster’, expressing her satisfaction.
Exploring Media Arts
Moving on to the Media Arts department, DaYoung was awestruck by the extensive array of cameras. She learned about different cameras and their unique features. During a short-form video class, she joined students in filming a promotional video parodying the film ‘Payo’, once again showcasing her versatility.
Building Bonds with Generation Z
Concluding her visit, DaYoung accompanied students to a gallery showcasing their work, likening the experience to visiting an art exhibition. The day wrapped with a snack party and conversations about school admissions and highlights.
DaYoung’s latest episode reinforced her ability to bring vitality and a quest for knowledge. Her ongoing efforts to connect with Gen Z through engaging school visits excite audiences for future interactions.
