Having previously struggled with Lupus, Choi’s weight reached 96kg. However, she has significantly slimmed down through her bodybuilding preparation.
Surgical Transformations
Choi has admitted to having undergone double eyelid and nose surgery.

A New Chapter in Life
“Does losing weight change your life? Yes, it does. Tremendously,” she shared, alongside numerous photos of her transformation.
The released photos depict her change over a 55kg weight loss, showing a more slender physique.
Overcoming Past Trauma
Choi also shared photos from her heavier days, with a candid message about her past relationship: “An ex-boyfriend was verbally abusive, dismissing my appearance with harsh words and actions. Months later, he had the audacity to comment on my transformation video.”
Conquering Challenges
On the 22nd, Choi opened up about her Autoimmune disease challenges: “Due to high steroid doses for Lupus, I was eating five meals a day. Each night, after hospital lights were out, I’d sneak to the store, devouring six instant noodles, kimbap, snacks, jelly, chocolate, and ice cream like a YouTuber doing a mukbang.”
Despite being advised by her nurse to avoid such habits, Choi admitted her mental and physical exhaustion led her to indulge.
