Jin from BTS to perform Dont Say You Love Me from Echo on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Global K-pop sensation BTS member Jin is set to appear on NBC’s hit late-night show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on May 21 (local time). The announcement comes as Jin gears up to release his upcoming album Echo, with the Title Track ‘Don’t Say You Love Me’ dropping just days earlier on May 16.

On May 14, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon‘s official social media accounts surprised fans by dropping a teaser video of host Jimmy Fallon watching a preview of Jin’s song on his phone. Whispering the word “Echo…” followed by witty banter, Fallon teased Jin’s upcoming performance, boosting fan excitement worldwide. Jin wraps the promo video by saying, “I’LL BE BACK MAY 21ST. SEE YOU SOON.”

This isn’t Jin’s first solo appearance on Fallon’s show. In November last year, Jin made headlines for his live debut of the track ‘Running Wild’ from his Solo Album ‘Happy’. His return to the same stage just six months later has fans eager to see what new artistic perspectives he will bring.

Following his TV appearance, Jin will kick off a series of promotional events in North America. On May 23, he will host a special fan event titled ‘Hi-Seokjin’ in New York, where he plans to engage directly with 1,000 lucky members of ARMY, offering an up-close experience that includes hi-touch interactions and more.

The upcoming Echo album captures various moments of life, each echoing in unique ways to portray emotional resonance. Its lead track, ‘Don’t Say You Love Me’, lyrically navigates the emotional irony of two lovers unable to let go, despite their relationship disintegrating. With poetic melancholy and vocal brilliance, Jin is once again ready to captivate fans both old and new.
