Similarly, on Shazam Japan, the hit has maintained its number one status for 17 days, as of the most recent chart dated June 7. Over on Deezer Japan, the track has also claimed the top spot for an extended period, showcasing Jin’s widespread appeal across various platforms.

‘Jin’s ‘Don’t Say You Love Me’ also broke significant ground on a global level. On May 25, it made history by ranking first on Spotify’s Global Chart, making it the first and only song from an Asian artist to reach this milestone in 2025. This achievement highlights Jin’s immense influence, as he joins the ranks of global artists like Bad Bunny and Playboi Carti.

Moreover, Jin has become one of the only four K-pop soloists to reach number one on Spotify’s Global Chart. With ‘Don’t Say You Love Me,’ he has also become the first Asian artist since 2020 to top the chart with a pop-rock track.
