KBS 2TV is set to captivate audiences with its new weekend drama ‘Glamorous Days’, directed by Kim Hyung-Seok and written by So Hyun-Kyung. The show delves into the notion that everyone has their own ‘glamorous days,’ whether in the present, past, or future, creating a relatable family melodrama across generations.

Promising Cast Members

The series is drawing attention with the involvement of energetic actors Shin Soo-hyun, Son Sang-yeon, and Park Jung-yeon. Their join is sparking anticipation for fresh dynamics they will bring to weekend programming.

Shin Soo-hyun will portray the role of Lee Soo-bin, the sister of Lee Ji-hyuk (played by Jung Il-woo) and youngest daughter of Lee Sang-cheol (played by Cheon Ho-jin). Lee Soo-bin is known for her lively personality and charming appearance. She navigates the world of social media as a YouTuber while aspiring for social ascent through marriage.

Son Sang-yeon brings character Lee Ji-wan, Ji-hyuk’s younger brother and Sang-cheol’s second son, to life. Known for his steadfast spirit and strong physique, Ji-wan dreams of marrying his girlfriend of three years but is hindered by economic struggles.

Park Jung-yeon enacts Park Young-ra, the half-sister of Park Seong-jae (Yoon Hyun-min) and daughter of Go Sung-hee (Lee Tae-ran) and Park Jin-suk (Park Sung-keun). Young-ra, raised under her mother’s strict guidance, copes with the burden of being labeled a ‘promising up-and-coming artist.’ Her encounters with Ji-wan open the door to unexpected adventures.

This marks the second collaboration of writer So Hyun-Kyung and director Kim Hyung-Seok. ‘Glamorous Days’ follows ‘Please Take Care of the Eagle Five Brothers’ and is scheduled to premiere in August.
