On October 10th, the popular SBS variety show Ttum Man Namen aired with special guests including broadcaster Hong Jin-kyung and actor Lee Dong-hwi joining hosts Yoo Jae-suk and Yoo Yeon-seok for a lively episode.
The group embarked on a cozy lunch outing to a traditional Korean soup restaurant, with Yoo Jae-suk eagerly setting the perfect scene for a rainy day delight. “When it rains, I crave something warm and hearty like this,” Yoo remarked while eyeing the steaming bowls.
Light-Hearted Banter and Genuine Bonds
Throughout the meal, Hong Jin-kyung directed playful inquiries at Yoo Yeon-seok regarding his age and living arrangements, showing genuine interest in her fellow actor. Yoo Jae-suk, ever the joker, couldn’t resist commenting, “Why are you only asking Yeon-seok questions?” his quip inducing laughter around the table.
As the meal progressed, the waiter brought out a serving of sizzling bulgogi, drawing eagerness and silence from Yoo Jae-suk, who seemed fully immersed in enjoying the spread. The mood took a heartfelt turn when Yoo, amidst savoring the fare, pondered out loud, “This bulgogi would be perfect for the kids.”
A Loving Father’s Gesture
Yoo Jae-suk, father to two, momentarily stepped out of his playful persona to share a touching thought about his daughter. “I should pack some to take home. I bet Na-eun would love it,” he mused, mentioning his daughter with a proud smile. He encouraged his co-stars to do the same, suggesting that they each take some of the bulgogi, jokingly proposing, “Why don’t you all take at least three portions home?”
To complete the warm gesture, Yoo playfully signaled to the staff to package four portions for him, symbolizing his thought for the entire family. His co-stars couldn’t help but marvel at his attentive and loving demeanor.
