Stray Kids’ Felix Undergoes Treatment Amidst Ongoing World Tour

Felix from Stray Kids continues performing with adjusted choreography due to back injury

Felix of Stray Kids is currently undergoing additional treatment for recurring back pain, JYP Entertainment confirmed on March 25. Despite ongoing rehabilitation and prior recovery efforts, Felix recently experienced discomfort during increased physical activity, prompting a reassessment of his condition.

According to a statement released via Stray Kids’ official channels, the idol’s situation doesn’t critically affect daily life, but continued care has become necessary. Medical professionals, JYP Entertainment, and Felix himself jointly decided that performing with modified choreography is the optimal path forward. The group, consisting of eight members, collectively agreed to adjust stage movements depending on Felix’s condition during their scheduled concerts.

“Our priority is minimizing strain on Felix’s back, while respecting his strong desire to remain on stage with his fellow members,” stated JYP Entertainment. “As a result, the performances will proceed as scheduled, but choreography may be flexibly adapted based on Felix’s condition.”

The label emphasized their commitment to artist health, revealing that they work with specialized healthcare professionals during both domestic and international events. “Throughout the tour, we will secure time for proper treatment and prioritize his recovery,” the agency added.

Stray Kids have been on their ‘5-STAR Dome Tour’ titled ‘Dominate’ since August of last year. After wrapping up five shows in Latin America—visiting cities including Santiago, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Lima, and Mexico City—the group kicked off the North American and European leg of the tour in Seattle on March 24.

Fans are encouraged to continue supporting Felix and the group as they balance their global schedule with health-conscious performance adaptations.
