K-pop Star Niel Returns to Musical Stage with ‘Time with Dog and Cat’

Niel, the versatile K-pop singer and musical actor, is making a highly anticipated return to the stage with the musical ‘Time with Dog and Cat’, which kicks off its run on May 22 at 8 PM at Daehangno The Good Theater and runs through August 10.

The musical tells a heartwarming story of two unlikely companions — a black dog named Raptor and a black cat named Pluto — who must collaborate to solve a mystery. Through their journey, they explore differing perspectives on the world and human beings, ultimately learning the value of empathy and understanding.

Niel portrays Pluto, the curious black cat who was born and raised on the streets and harbors a natural distrust of humans. Despite his wariness, Pluto’s inquisitive nature drives the character’s emotional evolution throughout the performance.

This marks Niel’s return to the musical stage after four years, following his 2021 performance in the same production. Audiences can expect an even more refined portrayal this time, as the artist brings his well-honed acting sensitivity and vocal strength to the stage.
