Wonwi Heats Up Korea’s Festival Season After North America Tour Triumph

Korean powerhouse band Wonwi is making headlines again, following a hugely successful North American tour. Now, the group is back on home soil, continuing its meteoric rise through a series of high-profile domestic festivals.

On April 17, Wonwi kicks off its Korean festival tour at the Green Camp Festival 2025, hosted at the Incheon Songdo Moonlight Festival Park. Combining music, camping and picnic culture, this hybrid cultural event features a lineup of Korea’s most celebrated artists—Wonwi among them, cementing their growing influence in the home music scene.

This is just the start. The band is also confirmed to perform at PEAK FESTIVAL 2025 on May 24, 2025 Mokpo Music Play on May 25, and SOUNDBERRY FESTA 25 on July 19. Their back-to-back participation in these major events illustrates how high the demand is for their blend of power and precision in the Korean band scene.

Of particular note is Wonwi’s second consecutive appearance at SOUNDBERRY FESTA, reinforcing their reputation as a technically skilled and emotionally resonant live act. The group’s high-energy performances have also garnered invitations from numerous university festivals, including Dongyang Mirae University and the University of Seoul.

Known for seamlessly blending intensity with finesse, Wonwi has broadened its reach to younger demographics, attracting new fans in Korea’s vibrant college music scene. This comes on the heels of their exhilarating 2025 ONEWE WORLD TOUR “O! NEW E!volution Ⅳ” IN NORTH AMERICA, which saw them ignite stages in 20 cities across the continent.

Next up? The band will take the stage for a solo concert in Seoul on June 14–15, followed by a performance in Taipei on July 26. As Wonwi continues to blur the lines between K-pop, rock, and indie, fans can expect nothing short of genre-defying excellence from this rising global act.
