Namkoong Min Returns with ‘Our Movie’: A Melodrama Packed with Redemption and Passion

Acclaimed South Korean actor Namkoong Min is set to sweep audiences off their feet once again in the upcoming SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System) Friday-Saturday drama Our Movie. Our Movie tells the poignant tale of Lee Je-ha (played by Namkoong Min), a once-celebrated genius film director who has been paralyzed by self-doubt and regret for five long years. Burdened by the legacy of a famous film director father and haunted by his own meteoric rise and fall, Lee Je-ha has struggled to reclaim his identity and passion for filmmaking. But when persuaded by a trusted producer, he decides to remake his father’s classic film—one starring a terminally ill character as the lead. This sets him on a journey that not only rekindles his creative spirit but also introduces him to actress Lee Da-eum (played by Jeon Yeo-been), a woman living each day as if it’s her last.
