Kang Daniel Voted Favorite Idol to Go on a Drive With

K-pop sensation Kang Daniel has once again proven his overwhelming popularity by being chosen as the top idol people would love to go on a drive with. The special themed vote was hosted by the fan-voting platform Idol Pick as part of its Pick My Idol series from June 5 to June 11.

In the ‘Idol You Want to Go on a Drive With’ category, Kang Daniel received a staggering 48,591 votes, accounting for approximately 68% of the total 71,831 votes submitted during the poll. ENHYPEN’s Heeseung followed in second place with 16% of the votes.

More than just a singer, Kang Daniel continues to make waves across multiple entertainment fields, including acting and television hosting. In September last year, he released his album ACT, followed by a successful series of concerts that kicked off in Seoul and spanned across Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Sydney, and Taipei.

Most recently, on May 9, Kang Daniel dropped his new English-language single ‘Mess’, a pop rock track that dives into the emotional turmoil of a painful relationship. Notably, Daniel co-wrote the lyrics, while the track was produced and arranged by Noday and Nickko Young.

Capitalizing on this momentum, Kang Daniel began his KANGDANIEL ACT TOUR 2025 earlier this year. The tour has already made stops in London, Paris, and Hamburg. On June 13, he is set to meet his Polish fans in Warsaw, expanding his global footprint even further.
