Korean singer Jung Seung hwan returns with heartfelt songs in digital single In The Spring

South Korean singer Jung Seung-hwan is set to make a powerful comeback with his new digital single titled In The Spring, released under Antenna. After nearly 1 year and 11 months since his last release EPILOGUE, Jung returns with the deep emotional storytelling that fans have come to love.

On June 7, Jung Seung-hwan shared a teaser titled ‘Monologue’ on Antenna’s official YouTube channel. The teaser previewed the atmosphere of his new track, “하루만 더” (Haruman Deo), portraying a dramatic scene of a couple slowly turning their backs on each other, an emotional metaphor for the aftermath of love.

The teaser captures poetic narration such as, “The size of my heart that has unknowingly bloomed in full,” and “So many days spent hating, hoping, giving up, and still waiting.” These lines, voiced by Jung Seung-hwan himself, evoke shared memories of tenderness and pain that resonate with listeners worldwide.

What makes this release especially intimate is Jung’s personal involvement in the songwriting process. He participated in writing the lyrics for the title track, showcasing his growth not only as a singer but also as a storyteller through music.

In The Spring features two tracks, each imbued with Jung Seung-hwan’s signature emotional ballad style. The release promises to reinforce his identity as one of K-ballad’s most compelling voices.

The full digital single In The Spring is scheduled to be released on June 13 at 6 PM (KST) across major streaming platforms.
