BTS’s Jimin Tops King Choice’s World Song Hot 50 with ‘Who’
BTS superstar Jimin continues to solidify his global influence as his latest solo release, ‘Who’, takes the No.1 spot on King Choice’s HOT 50 WORLD SONGS APRIL 2025 chart. The monthly global K-pop fan voting event, conducted from April 1 to April 30, drew over 1.62 million votes. Jimin’s ‘Who’ accumulated more than 524,000 votes, claiming the crown for the sixth time.
‘Who’ is the title track from Jimin’s second solo album, Muse. This latest win highlights Jimin’s unwavering popularity, even while he fulfills his mandatory military service in South Korea. His impact on the global stage remains unmatched, with consistent chart-topping success across multiple solo releases.
Jimin previously dominated the chart with songs from his debut solo album Face, including the breakthrough hit ‘Like Crazy’ and pre-release track ‘Set Me Free Pt.2’, earning a record-breaking 14 months total at the top, including a 7-month consecutive streak.
He first ascended to No.1 on the World Song Hot 50 in June 2021 with ‘Filter’, a solo track from BTS’s fourth full-length studio album. In 2022, his OST ‘With You’ for the tvN drama also secured the top spot in both June and July.
With a total of 23 wins across five solo tracks from 2021 to 2025, Jimin remains a formidable force in K-pop. His continued success during military service is a testament to his enduring popularity and influence worldwide.
