In the episode, Lee Ik-soon, portrayed by actress Kwak Sun-young, appeared at Yulje Hospital due to cold symptoms. However, a comical mix-up unfolds when intern Tak Gi-on (played by Cha Gang-yun) confuses her with a cancer patient of the same name. Ahn Chi-hong (Kim Jun-han) steps in promptly, asserting that verifying patient identity is the most basic responsibility.
Beyond the humorous plot twist, what truly captivated viewers was the ring on Lee Ik-soon’s fourth finger. Viewers were quick to speculate that the ring matched one worn by Kim Jun-wan (played by Jung Kyung-ho) during his guest appearance in Episode 4. Adding fuel to the speculation, actor Jung Kyung-ho recently appeared on YouTube channel Jigeumbak Ji-yeon on May 30, where he commented, “Director Shin Won-ho and writer Lee Woo-jung love keeping us guessing. It’s still unclear if my character got married or to whom—but personally, I’d like to believe he married Ik-soon.”
