xikers start Road to XY Enter the Gate world tour with energetic Seoul performance

K-pop sensation xikers ignited their highly anticipated 2025 World Tour with a dynamic solo concert on July 3 at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul. Titled “Road to XY: Enter the Gate”, the show marked a major milestone as their first independent concert in Korea since debut.

This tour follows their debut world tour, “Tricky House: First Encounter”, in 2023 and 2024, and represents the group’s evolution with fresh energy and creativity. Fans flocked to the venue, drawn by the hype surrounding this new chapter in the group’s journey.

Opening the night in red hooded zip-ups, xikers delivered an adrenaline-pumping performance of “XIKKEY,” “Red Sun,” and “Oh My Gosh,” instantly igniting the crowd. After their explosive start, the group expressed heartfelt gratitude, saying, “We’re honored and thrilled to showcase our passionate performance to our amazing fans.”

Throughout the evening, xikers captivated audiences with hit tracks like “BACK OFF,” “WITCH,” “Koong,” “Doorbell Ringing,” “We Don’t Stop,” and “ROCKSTAR.” They also performed fan favorites such as “DO or DIE,” “TRICKY HOUSE,” “Break a Leg,” and “Sunny Side,” cementing their status as powerhouse performers.

The show also featured new music, including the latest title track “BREATHE” and “You Hide We Seek” from their fifth EP, “HOUSE OF TRICKY: SPUR”. As a surprise gift, they unveiled the unreleased fan-dedicated song “MOONWALK,” a touching tribute to their fandom, Rody. “It means ‘walking on the moon’—a dreamy, unreal thing we wanted to do with our fans,” the members explained.

Unit stages further highlighted the individual colors of each member. Minjae, Soomin, and Yechan revisited their KQ Fellaz 2 days with a live rendition of their self-produced “CANVAS.” Jinsik, Hyunwoo, Junghoon, and Seeun impressed with a cover of Justin Bieber’s “Holy,” while Joonmin, Yujun, and Hunter brought the crowd to their feet with Tkay Maidza’s “Ring-a-Ling.”

The concert held immense significance not only for its explosive performances but also for its full lineup of ten members—with Junghoon returning after two years. Their synergy was stronger than ever, cementing xikers’ identity as top-tier performers of the fifth K-pop generation.

Ending the night on an emotional note, the group expressed deep appreciation to fans. “I didn’t notice time passing because it was so much fun—even the hard times melted away when we saw Rody’s smiling faces,” they said. Leader Minjae read a handwritten letter, promising fans to “become a stronger and prouder artist.”

xikers now heads to the U.S. for the next leg of their world tour—with stops in New York (July 7), Rosemont (July 9), Atlanta (July 12), Dallas/Fort Worth (July 14), and Los Angeles (July 17). The group will wrap up the international tour in Tokyo on July 31.
