BTS Star Jimin Sets Another Record on KDOL’s Global K-Pop Voting App
Jimin, a member of the global K-pop sensation BTS, continues to break records as he once again topped the monthly rankings of the global K-pop idol voting app KDOL for the 43rd consecutive month in April. His unwavering popularity proves his unparalleled influence among global fans.
According to KDOL data, Jimin amassed an astounding 2.408 billion hearts throughout April, solidifying his status as the uncontested monthly champion. Additionally, on April 30, he earned 123.69 million hearts in the daily rankings, marking his 1,248th first-place finish in KDOL’s daily charts. This dual feat on the month’s final day allowed Jimin to break his own record—again.
Backed by undying support from fans across the globe, Jimin currently holds over 18.4 billion cumulative hearts, maintaining a massive lead of over 5.9 billion votes ahead of the second place idol. This huge gap highlights Jimin’s undisputed position at the top of the K-pop hierarchy.
As of May 1, Jimin dominates all 10 KDOL Hall of Fame categories, including most cumulative votes, highest daily, weekly, and monthly rankings, and longest daily streaks – a clean sweep unmatched in KDOL history.
KDOL, a fully global K-pop idol ranking platform, reflects 100% of its rankings based on fan votes from around the world, including the U.S., Japan, Southeast Asia, and South Korea. Rankings are updated daily at midnight KST, and aggregated into daily, weekly, and monthly charts, contributing to KDOL’s Hall of Fame.
As a reward for winning the March monthly ranking, Jimin’s digital ads are being featured through May 17 in prime Seoul locations — Gangnam Station and Apgujeong Station — showcasing his viral popularity in both the digital and physical world.
