New Reality Show ‘Let’s Meet Now’ Redefines Global Romance Through Travel

Romantic travel with Kim Ji min and Ash in Lets Meet Now by Channel S filmed in Bali

The new reality travel show ‘Let’s Meet Now’, premiered by Channel S, is redefining what it means to discover love in unfamiliar places. Produced by SK Broadband, the show pairs Korean travelers with foreign companions in spontaneous love-driven tours known as ‘some tours’.

Hosted by beloved actress Yoo In-na with guest Kang Seung-yoon, the premiere featured two uniquely captivating journeys: Kim Gwang-tae of Transit Love 3 discovering Taiwan’s local food culture, and Kim Ji-min from Heart Signal 4 experiencing breathtaking landmarks and romance in Bali.

In Taipei, Kim Gwang-tae met his local match Sai Xian. Matching outfits and a shared love for traditional Taiwanese eats ignited quick chemistry. One particular scene, where they exchanged playful banter over garlic sausage, had viewers and hosts alike squealing with delight. Even co-host Kang Seung-yoon joked, “This sounds exactly like a couple’s conversation,” highlighting the authentic spontaneity between the two.

Meanwhile, Kim Ji-min encountered Dutch actor Ash in Bali. The pair went paragliding over Pandawa Beach, shared sweet whispers through walkie-talkies, and indulged in romantic cuisine such as Nasi Campur. Their journey culminated with a stunning sunset at Uluwatu Temple and a sunrise moment at Mount Batur, where Ash emotionally admitted, “This is the most beautiful sight in my life – thanks to you.”

The show’s mixture of local insights and unscripted romance provides audiences with a mix of wanderlust, emotional connection, and immersive experiences. It’s a travel show with a whole new flavor – one where viewers aren’t just watching the trip, but falling in love right along with the travelers.

‘Let’s Meet Now’ broadcasts every Thursday at 9:20 PM on Channel S. As reactions pour in across social media, it’s clear that this fresh format is striking a chord with a global audience craving healing, connection, and perhaps a little vicarious romance.
