Kpop group XG wraps successful world tour with Tokyo Dome finale and new single release

Emerging K-pop girl group XG continues to amplify their global presence, successfully concluding their debut Latin American concerts in São Paulo and Mexico City as part of their world tour ‘The first HOWL’. Held on April 24 and 27, the shows drew approximately 10,000 fans in total, marking an explosive reception for their first-ever South American appearances.

Fans in both cities showcased immense passion, with many camping outside venues days in advance to catch a glimpse of XG. Concertgoers donned replica stage outfits and fan-made apparel, turning each location into a sea of support. Responding in kind, XG delivered a series of high-energy performances that had crowds roaring with excitement. Emotions ran especially high during the Mexico City concert, where members were seen shedding tears while connecting deeply with their fans.

Following their electrifying Latin America engagements, XG’s impact soared even further with their Tokyo Dome concert on May 14 officially selling out its 50,000 seating capacity. As the final act of ‘The first HOWL,’ the Tokyo Dome performance not only highlighted their growing influence in Asia but also set the stage for the release of their heartfelt new single, ‘MILLION PLACES’, which dropped the same day as an ode to their global supporters.

XG’s explosive momentum comes on the heels of major achievements including their back-to-back performances at Coachella 2025, which pushed them to trend at No. 2 globally. Now, with their world tour drawing to a close, fans and industry insiders alike are eager to see where this skyrocketing group will head next.
